Counselling and psychotherapy offer you a private and safe place to talk about your concerns. You are helped to a better understanding of what is happening in your life and to find ways forward that fit for you.
I work in a way that helps you to become aware of emotions and feelings as well as beliefs and thoughts. All of these aspects of our humanness are important in learning how to make more fulfilling choices for the future. 
As part of the counselling process I use a technique called Focusing.  It is a tool which you can use outside of the therapy session; for emotional healing, for understanding and moving through stuck places in your life and for finding a more accepting relationship with yourself and the world.
